The hotel offers a unique aesthetic with traditional yet modern features in warm and quiet surroundings. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-accommodated, featuring great beds and large bathrooms. However, the dining experience can be problematic with confusion over delivery times and low-standard offerings. The location is ideal, just outside the busy Medina but within walking distance, offering a nice escape. The service is fantastic overall, except for occasional interactions with a surly young woman on reception.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated with cozy red pillows, and I enjoyed the mini courtyard shared with another room. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town and beyond, with a heated pool and convenient airport transfer service. The architecture of the hotel was stunning.

The traditional Moroccan decor, low lighting, and the serene courtyard enhanced the experience. The service was exceptional, with wonderfully helpful and charming staff. The location was perfect, offering a quiet and safe retreat while being close to all the attractions. The dining was also a highlight, with a great selection of delicious meals. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent value for money.
